Our office, Compassites Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, is located in Bavdhan at 608/1. Bavdhan is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which we like. The building is quite standard and 608/1 isn't hard to find once you are on the right road. We have a few rooms that we’ve turned into our workspace. There are desks everywhere and a lot of whiteboards with scribbles on them. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, so we just make do with a jar of instant coffee and a kettle. It’s a simple setup. Most of our day is spent writing code or looking for bugs. We don't have a big marketing team or a lot of salespeople. It’s mostly just us doing the work. Sometimes we go out to the small balcony to take a phone call or just to look at the hills in the distance. The office doesn't have any expensive furniture. Most of it is just functional stuff we’ve picked up over the years. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks. Compassites Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is a small place where people actually know each other. We don't have a lot of rules, as long as the work gets done on time. It’s a comfortable place to work and we’ve been here for a while now.
