Our hospital is situated at Survey Number 145/1 in the Wakad area. Wakad has grown a lot lately, and there are buildings popping up everywhere. We are right in the middle of that growth. It is a super speciality setup, which sounds fancy, but really it just means we have different departments for different health issues. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest place in Pune. We just wanted to have a hospital here because the neighborhood needed one. The building is straightforward, and we try to keep things easy for anyone who walks in. The staff lives nearby, and we’ve got people coming in from all over the local area. It gets busy, especially in the mornings when the clinics are full. We don't spend money on big billboards. Most of our patients come because they live in the nearby apartments and saw our sign. We spend our time managing the wards and making sure the doctors have what they need. It is a lot of work and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that is just how a hospital works. We like being in Wakad and seeing the area change. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent medical facility for the folks living around here. No big promises, just daily work and keeping the place running. It is a long day usually, but we get through it.
