Communique

Communique is tucked away on Senapati Bapat Road, specifically over at Jayprakash Road No 2. It is a bit of a tricky spot to find if you aren’t looking for it, but most of the locals know exactly where we are by now. We mostly handle things like printing, making copies, and those small office tasks that people need done quickly. The machines make a lot of noise throughout the day, so it is never really quiet in here. We have been at this location for a good amount of time. The street outside is always full of people going to work or students heading to class. We try to keep the main counter clear so people have enough space to put their papers and bags down. Sometimes the internet connection gets slow, and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes while we restart things. It can be frustrating, but we manage to get through it. We aren’t a big, fancy advertising agency or anything like that. We are just a small shop where you can get your documents sorted out without a lot of trouble. There are usually stacks of paper and boxes everywhere, but we know which pile belongs to which order. Most of our customers are students from the nearby colleges or people working in the offices around Senapati Bapat Road. We try to keep our prices fair so they feel okay about coming back. It’s mostly just us working here, making sure the ink doesn’t run out and the machines keep running.
