Collabera

Our spot is at 547 in Phugewadi, right near the Vittalmandir temple. If you know Pune at all, you know this area can get pretty lively, especially during festival times. The temple is a big landmark for us, so we tell everyone to just look for that. Collabera has been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s an older building, nothing like those tall glass towers you see in the IT parks on the other side of the city. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real part of Pune. The office itself is pretty basic. We have enough space for everyone to sit and work, though it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The walls are a little plain and the furniture has seen better days, but it does the job. We don’t really go for anything flashy. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze coming through if we leave the windows open, though the traffic noise from the main road is always there. There is a small chai stall just down the lane where we all go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a straightforward setup for us, just people working hard and trying to get through the day’s tasks without making things more complicated than they need to be.
