Colabrains IT Solutions Private Limited is based in Pimple Nilakh at Balaji Heights. Our office is Flat No. 301, which gives it a very homey feel. It is located at S.No. 18/2/1, right near the famous Jagtap Dairy. If you are from Pune, you know that area gets very crowded during rush hour. The office is basically a converted flat, so we have a kitchen and a small balcony. We use the main hall for our desks and the smaller rooms for storage or private calls. It is a quiet building, mostly families living around us, so we try not to be too loud. We do not have a big corporate sign, just a small one on the door. Working from a flat is nice because it does not feel so stiff or formal. We can just relax and focus on what we are doing. We do not have a cleaning staff that is there all day, so we all take turns keeping the place tidy. Pimple Nilakh is a good area because it is a bit away from the heavy noise of the main city. We do not have a formal meeting room, so we just sit around the old dining table if we need to discuss something. It is a very practical and low-key way to run a business. We just get on with our tasks daily and try to finish before the sun goes down.
