Codism India is based in Pune. Our office is on the third floor of Manish Plaza in Kondhwa Khurd. It is a busy part of the city. We have a small team here working on various tech jobs. There are a few desks and some chairs, nothing too fancy. The elevator in this building sometimes takes a while, so we usually just walk up the stairs. We spend most of our hours looking at code and talking about how to fix bugs. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big deadline. We get our lunch from the stalls downstairs quite often. The area around SN 16 is always moving. We have been in this spot for a bit now. We like being in Pune because there are a lot of people doing the same kind of work around here. Our office doesn't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a practical space. We don't spend much money on decorations or art. We’d rather just have good internet and decent chairs that don't hurt our backs. Most of us live nearby, which makes the morning commute easier. We handle different kinds of software work for people who need it. It’s just a normal job for us. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating our daily tasks. That’s pretty much how we run things at Codism.
