Codevian Technologies Private Limited is located in Pimple Gurav. We are over in Kalpataru Estate, specifically Phase 1. Our office is Flat No. 2A/501. It’s a nice enough building with plenty of other people living and working around us. Pimple Gurav has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. Being in Pune-411061 gives us a good base. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs, and a small area for breaks. It’s on the fifth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze when the windows are open. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep things moving. Most of our day is spent debugging or writing new things. We don't have a lot of meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room if we need something. It’s a very informal environment. We don't use big words or have fancy titles for everyone. It’s just us doing tech work in a residential complex. It works because it’s quiet and we can focus. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't need much more than a good internet connection and some decent coffee to get through the work.
