Codepater Private Limited is over in Mhalunge, right by the big water tank. If you know the area, Milkat No 994 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center of Pune, but we prefer the vibe out here. It’s a bit more grounded and less frantic than the middle of the city. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us handling the day-to-day operations. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, but it gets the job done and keeps the rain off our heads. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking about how to fix things that aren't working right. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual local noise from the street, which we’ve gotten used to. We started this company because we wanted to work on our own terms. There’s no dress code here, and we don't have those long, pointless meetings you find in big offices. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby, which are usually pretty good. It feels more like a small community than a stiff business environment. Being near the water tank makes us easy to find if someone is looking for the place. We’ve been here for a while now and plan on staying put for the foreseeable future. It’s just us doing our thing.
