We are situated in Nigdi, specifically in the Pradhikaran area which is quite well-planned. Our office is at Plot No. L/C/2, Section 25. We have Shop No. 1 on the ground floor. Being in a shop unit means we are right there on the street level, so we see everyone walking by. It is a bit different from being in a high-rise office building. We have the shutter that we pull up every morning to start the day. The space is one large room that we have divided with some basic partitions to create separate work areas. It is not exactly a high-tech looking place, but it has everything we need to function. There is a small desk near the front where we handle any visitors, and the rest of us sit further back. Since we are in a commercial block, there are other shops nearby like a chemist and a small grocery store. We often end up chatting with the other shop owners during our breaks. The lighting inside is just standard tube lights, and we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. It can get a bit loud when there is a lot of traffic on the road, but we have gotten used to it. It is just a practical, no-nonsense spot where we get our work done. We try to keep it tidy, but things get busy.
