Cocotechoes Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Ghorpadi, Pune. We are in C 404 at the Spring Bloom complex. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Bharat Forge Factory. That’s the easiest way to find us because that factory is huge and everyone knows it. Being across from a major factory means there’s always a lot of movement—trucks coming and going, workers changing shifts, and that low hum of machinery in the background. Spring Bloom is a decent residential society and we have our office in the C wing on the fourth floor. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our building. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some computers set up and a couple of tables. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. Ghorpadi is an interesting mix of industrial and residential life. You’ve got the big factory on one side and then these quiet apartment blocks on the other. We like it here because it feels like a real part of the city, not some sterile business park. We usually pack our own lunches or get something from the small stalls nearby. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just a small group of us working in a flat, trying to stay productive while the world outside stays busy with the factory work every day.
