We set up Cocktails Of Tomorrow Llp in Pune, specifically at S 213 in the Venus Co-operative Society. It’s a busy spot near P no 18. Honestly, most days involve a lot of washing glasses and making sure the inventory is right. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just our space here in the 411014 area. The weather in Pune gets pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time thinking about cold drinks and how to get the ice right. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane, but that is just how it is around here. We have been working on different recipes for a while now. Some work out great and others we just toss and try again the next morning. It is mostly just a few of us trying to keep things organized between the fridge and the counter. We see a lot of people coming through the society area. It’s not a quiet job, especially when the blenders are going all at once. We usually start early to beat the traffic on the way to the shop. The shelves are mostly full of bottles and shakers we've collected over time. It gets a bit cramped when we have a big order to get ready, but we manage to find space for everything. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just mixing drinks and making sure the supplies are stocked up for the next day. It’s a lot of manual labor but we like it.
