Cmm Level 5 Software Copany

The Cmm Level 5 Software Copany is located in B 10 Gopal Society, which is in Ganesh Nagar, Dhayari. Being in Pune 411041 puts us a bit away from the main city center, which we do not really mind. Gopal Society is a quiet enough place most days. Our office is basically part of the residential area, so it feels very low-key. You won't find a big glass facade or a security guard at a front desk here. It is just a gate and then our front door. Inside, we have our computers set up on some sturdy tables. We spend a lot of time writing code and fixing things that are not working right. The name on our paperwork says "Software Copany" and we just go with it. We usually have some music playing in the background to keep things from being too silent while we work. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the walls. It reminds us that we are in a real place with families nearby. We do not really have a dress code; most of us just show up in t-shirts and jeans. We eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area most days. It is a very simple, honest way to work. We just focus on the software and try to do right by the people who use it.
