If you are in Pune, specifically the Kothrud area, you might have passed by Rambaug Colony. We are over at Dhanavantari Apartment, which is at number 68 on Paud Road. It’s a nice enough spot, though Paud Road can get very busy during the rush hours. We are Clover Developer and we mostly focus on building projects around this side of town. Our office is on the first floor. It’s more of a homey environment than a corporate one since it’s in a regular apartment building. We have people coming in to talk about flats or land quite often throughout the week. We’ve been in the Maharashtra real estate scene for some time now. We don't have those big glass walls or a coffee machine that does everything. We usually just make tea in the little pantry we have. The team is small, mostly family and a few others who have become like family over the years. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and municipal documents. It’s not the most exciting work to describe to outsiders, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn't with any project. We don't use those shiny brochures with fake pictures. We just show what we have actually built. It’s a quiet life in Kothrud, and we like being part of the community here in Pune.
