Our team works out of a flat in Pune at the Renaissance building. Specifically, we are in Flat No. B-104 on survey number 43/1/1/1/2 in Dattanagar, Dhankawadi. It is a residential area, so our office feels very much like a house. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own snacks and a balcony where we can get some fresh air. The pin code here is 411046. Working from an apartment means we do not have to deal with the cold feeling of a large corporate office. There are no cubicles or fluorescent lights that give you a headache. We just have normal tables and chairs. Sometimes the sound of kids playing outside or neighbors talking can be heard, but it just adds to the local vibe. We focus on writing software and managing projects. It is a small operation, so we do not have a human resources department or a big management team. We just handle everything ourselves. Most days are spent quietly working on our laptops. We are not interested in having a flashy office in the city center. We prefer being in Dhankawadi where things are a bit more grounded and familiar. Finding the building can be a little tricky for some because of the long survey number, but once you find Renaissance, we are easy to spot. It is just a group of us trying to make things work in our own way.
