You can find us at Shop-114 in the Manik Moti building at Katraj Chowk. This is a busy part of the city, and the building has a lot of different shops inside it. We’ve been here at S.No. 84 for a while now. Our day usually starts with opening up the shutters and checking the inventory we have on hand. It’s a small space, so we have to be organized with how we stack our boxes and equipment. We handle a variety of items, mostly related to office needs and some electronics. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy display window. Most of our customers come in because they need something specific and they know we usually have it in stock. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or coordinating with people who need things delivered. It’s just a regular office-style shop. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up carrying things up and down the stairs, which is quite a workout. The staff consists of just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure people get what they paid for. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Katraj, and we like being part of the local mix of businesses here in the building.
