Clevermatic Technologies Private Limited

We’re based in Bavdhan at the Serenity Housing Society. Our office is actually Flat Number 23 in the Ram Nagar Colony area. Clevermatic Technologies Private Limited is basically run out of this apartment. We like it because it’s quiet and away from all the main road noise you get in the city. It doesn't look like a tech company from the outside at all. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of computers everywhere. We spend our days working on various tech projects and bits of code. Bavdhan is a nice area with a lot of trees around, which makes for a good environment for thinking. We don't have any formal meetings or strict dress codes here. We just show up and start working on whatever is on the list for that day. Sometimes we work late into the night when we're trying to fix a bug or finish a piece of code that’s giving us trouble. It’s a small team, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. We don't have a lot of rules or management layers. We just try to stay organized enough to get the work finished on time. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We handle the technical stuff, the admin, and even the basic cleaning. It’s our own little space and we’re quite happy with the way things are going. Just a local business trying to do good work from a flat in Bavdhan.
