Cleverground Technologies Private Limited is right in the heart of Aundh, Pune. We are at number 1 in the Aruna Appt, which is inside Ragadari Society on DP Road. Aundh is a lively place to be, and DP Road is always full of people and cars. It makes the commute a bit interesting sometimes, but it’s a great location. Our office is on the ground floor, which is convenient. It’s a typical apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We’ve been here for a few years now. We spend our time developing different types of technology. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, and then a lot of typing. We aren't a huge team, so we don't have a human resources department or a big management layer. We just manage ourselves and get the projects finished. Being in Ragadari Society means we have neighbors living right next to us, so we try to keep the noise down. There’s a nice little garden nearby where we sometimes go for a break. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves.
