Classics Watch & Mobile Shop

Classics Watch & Mobile Shop is tucked away here in Kothrud 3 and it is a small place but we keep it pretty busy. I have got these glass counters filled with all kinds of wristwatches and some of them have been sitting there for quite a while getting a bit of dust on the boxes. Then there is the mobile side of things where we are always peeling off old screen protectors or trying to get the back off a phone without breaking anything. It is very quiet work when I am fixing a watch movement because those screws are so small you can barely see them without the magnifying glass. My eyes get a bit tired by the end of the day under these bright tube lights we have. People from the neighborhood come in mostly for small things like a new strap or a battery for their phone because it will not hold a charge anymore. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once but we manage. I usually have the radio playing low in the background just to keep things from being too silent. It is a simple life and I like being in Kothrud because I know most of the faces that pass by the door. We have some mobile covers hanging on the walls too which adds a bit of color to the place.
