Clarice Technologies

You can find Clarice Technologies up on the 5th floor of Amar Apex on Baner Road in Pune. It’s a pretty standard office building in a part of the city that’s always growing. We spend a lot of our time sitting at desks looking at screens, which is just the nature of what we do. The view from the 5th floor is okay, mostly just looking out over the traffic on Baner Road. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit and it suits us fine. There isn't much in the way of decoration here; it’s mostly just computers and coffee mugs. We do a lot of tech work, which usually involves a lot of trial and error and long hours. Being in Baner means we're close to a lot of other companies, so there's a lot of energy in the area. We try to keep things pretty low-key in the office. There’s no dress code or anything, just people trying to figure out coding problems or fixing bugs. It gets quiet when everyone is focused, but then we have meetings in the small conference room to figure things out. Pune is a big hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the tech and getting it to work right for the people who use it. It’s a steady pace most days and we keep at it.
