Citi Mobile

Citi Mobile is our little shop located at Mangalwar Peth, number 398 on Sinhagad Road. It’s a crowded area and there’s always something going on outside the door. We spend our days surrounded by chargers, cables, and phone boxes. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful not to trip over things. We open up around ten in the morning and usually stay late. People come in with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on. We do our best to look at them right away. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have some stools for people to sit on while they wait. The noise from Sinhagad Road is constant, so we have to speak up sometimes. We’ve been at Mangalwar Peth for a while and we know the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a good community. Sometimes we share tea in the afternoons. We don't really have a big website or do any fancy advertising. If someone needs a phone or a repair, they just walk in. We keep a ledger for everything, though it’s a bit messy sometimes. Life at Citi Mobile is just about solving small problems for people. It’s regular work. The address at 398 is easy to spot if you’re looking. We are just a few people trying to make a living in a busy part of the city. We don't promise miracles, just that we will try to fix what is broken before we close for the night. That's how we run things here.
