Circa Systems

Circa Systems is based out on Kalas Alandi Road in Pune 15. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time now. Our place isn't hard to find if you know the Alandi Road area. We don't have a massive sign or anything, just our name on the building. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have what we need to do our jobs, like computers and a couple of phone lines. It’s often just the sound of typing and some quiet conversation going on. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We’re just regular people working on systems. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that’s just how it is in Pune. We have a small crew and we all pitch in where needed. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just focus on getting the tasks finished. If a customer calls, they usually speak to whoever is closest to the phone. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. There are a few small shops nearby where we get our lunch. We don't have big goals of taking over the world. We just want to do good work from our office on Alandi Road and keep things moving. It’s a quiet, honest way to make a living in the city.
