Circa Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at Balaji Darshan in Tushar Park. The full address is Sr. No:17, Flat No:14, Plot No:9/9A on Lohagaon Road in Dhanori, Pune 15. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you find Balaji Darshan, it’s easy enough. We’re up in Flat No:14. It’s basically a converted space where we do all our system work. It’s not your typical high-tech office with neon lights. It’s mostly just desks, a lot of cables running across the floor, and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced years ago. We’re located in Dhanori, which is a growing part of Pune. Being on Lohagaon Road means we get a lot of the local traffic noise, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren’t a huge company. It’s just a group of us who know a lot about systems and spend our days looking at code or hardware. Sometimes we stay late when a project isn’t working right, and other days we head out early if it’s quiet. We don't really have a big formal structure. We just work together to get things done. It’s a practical environment. No one wears a suit or tie here. We just focus on the work at hand in Tushar Park and try to finish what people need without making a big scene about it every day.
