We are set up at D-1 Soham Hans Row Bungalow, which is part of the Deepmala project on Patas Road in Daund. It’s in the Pune district, but it feels a lot different from Pune city. Working out of a row bungalow is great because it doesn't feel like a typical office. It has a bit of a homey vibe to it, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. Patas Road is a main stretch, so there’s always something happening outside, but once you’re inside the bungalow, it’s fairly quiet. We have a small group of people working here, and we’ve all become pretty close over the years. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up, do our work, and help each other out when things get busy. Daund is a practical place to be based because it’s a major junction, so getting things shipped in and out is usually pretty easy. Our space in Deepmala is simple. We have our desks, some chairs, and plenty of space for our paperwork and supplies. We don't bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s all about being functional and getting the job done. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a nice, safe area to be in. We’ve been here for a good while and we plan on staying for many more years to come.
