Our office is located at 1 Runwal Pratistha in Shivajinagar. We’re just off Apte Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. Cimatron Technologies India has been here for a while. It’s a private limited company, but the day-to-day feels pretty standard and low-key. We deal with a lot of software stuff, mostly for manufacturing or engineering types of needs that come in. The building is 567/2-B if you’re looking at the numbers on the street. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We have a handful of engineers and support people who spend their time looking at screens and talking to clients on the phone. It gets pretty quiet in the office when everyone is focused, which is nice for getting things done. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and wearing suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with it. Sometimes we have tea breaks together in the small kitchen area. It’s a good way to catch up on things outside of work like cricket or the weather. Shivajinagar is a convenient location, so it's easy for most of the team to get here by bus or bike. We’ve had some of the same people working here since the start. We just keep our heads down and try to provide what people are looking for when they reach out to us. It keeps us busy.
