Chintamani Software (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is at Amarchhaya Society, right on Solapur Road in Hadapsar. It’s on the fourth floor, Flat 7. Chintamani Software (Opc) Private Limited is pretty much a one-person operation, though sometimes I have people come in to help out with specific tasks. It’s a small, practical space. Being on Solapur Road means there's always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. I’ve set up the room with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and in a good location for getting around Pune. I spend most of my time here writing software and checking for errors. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. You just come up the stairs and I’m right there. I started this because I wanted to do things my own way without a boss hanging over my shoulder. It’s a lot of responsibility being an "One Person Company," but it keeps things simple. I handle the bills, the coding, and the client calls all from this one room. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so I get some exercise on the stairs. It’s a very local way of working. I don't use any big words to describe what I do. I just build software that works. The flat is small, but it’s enough for what I need. It’s an honest setup here in Hadapsar.
