Chintamani Hospital

This hospital is located in Survey No. 53 in Jedhe Nagar. We are actually right above the Vidya Sahakari Bank here in Bibvewadi. It makes it pretty easy to find if you tell people to look for the bank building. We have been operating here for a good amount of time, seeing patients from all over the neighborhood. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't using the lift, but we have signs posted. It stays busy because Bibvewadi is a crowded area with lots of families. We handle all kinds of medical stuff every day. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the shift, but we manage. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the local shops and the shortcut roads. Being above a bank means it's usually quiet below us at night, which is nice for the patients staying over. We have the usual hospital rooms and the equipment needed for regular checkups and emergencies. It’s not a five-star hotel, it’s just a place where people come when they are feeling under the weather or need surgery. We keep the floors clean and the medicine stocked up. It’s a lot of work running a place like this in Jedhe Nagar, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. It's a practical business for the community around here and we're just part of the local landscape now.
