Cook Studio

Cook Studio is located in Queenstown, which is a part of Chinchwad. It’s a nice enough area and we’ve been here for some time now. Our place isn't like a big commercial kitchen you might see on television. It is more of a personal space where we get things done. We have the usual equipment and a couple of tables where we sit and plan things out. Most of the time, the air smells like whatever we were working on that morning. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who really like food and the business of cooking. We don't have a big staff or a fancy front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our aprons or sitting at the computer checking orders. Chinchwad is a busy place, but Queenstown feels a bit more settled. We’ve got some good neighbors and we like the vibe of the street. Sometimes we run out of space when we have a lot of things going on at once, so we have to be very organized with our pots and pans. We don't use a lot of big words or have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the food and the people who want it. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We have our routines and our favorite tools, and we just keep at it day after day. It’s a real working studio for people.
