China Park

We are located in Koregaon Park, right at the corner of 15th Main and 19th Cross, specifically A-2 and A-5. This part of town is always full of life, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to eat. Our kitchen is small but we manage to put out a lot of food. We focus on the kind of Chinese food that everyone around here grew up eating. You can hear the woks clanking and the fire roaring from the street if you stand close enough. We have a few tables for people who want to sit down, but we also do a lot of parcels. The delivery drivers are always coming and going on their bikes. It gets a bit chaotic on Friday and Saturday nights with all the orders coming in at once. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the day was busier than we expected. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just know how to cook the dishes the way people like them. The walls have a few simple decorations, but mostly it is just about the food. My clothes usually smell like soy sauce and ginger by the time I go home. It is a loud, busy, and steam-filled place, but it is our life and we like being part of the Koregaon Park food scene. It keeps us on our feet all night.
