Chilly Organic

We are based out in Velhavli Village, specifically at 43/1 Takave Khurd in the Maval Taluka area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, located near Kamshet, but that is where the land is. Chilly Organic is our way of working with what the earth gives us. We are not some massive industrial farm with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller, more personal operation. The weather out here in Maval dictates a lot of our schedule. If it rains, we are doing one thing; if it is dry, we are doing another. We spend most of our time outside or in the storage sheds making sure everything is handled properly. We do not have a polished office with glass walls. Our office is usually the back of a truck or a simple wooden table. Things can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, and sometimes the roads are not the best, but we like the quiet out here. We grow things the way they used to be grown, without all the extra chemicals people use nowadays. It is harder work and takes more time, but we think it is the right way to do things. We supply what we can to the people who want something a bit more natural. It is a simple life, focused on the soil and the seasons. We just take it one crop at a time and hope the weather stays on our side.
