Chilimili Restaurants Private Limited is based over in Pimple Gurav, Pune. We are specifically at A-1004 in the Chandrarang Satin Skys building. It’s a nice enough spot on S No. 49/1. We spend most of our time thinking about food and how to keep things running. Pune is a city that loves to eat out, so there is always pressure. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices you see in the IT parks. We are more about the actual day-to-day of running a restaurant business. Sometimes the kitchen gets too hot and the orders pile up, but we manage. We aren't perfect, but we try to keep things moving. Our team is small. We talk more about recipes and staff schedules than anything else. The 411061 area is where we live and work. It’s a bit of a climb to the tenth floor, but the view of the city is alright when you have a minute to breathe. We started this because we liked the industry, despite how tiring it can be. There’s always a floor to mop or a supplier to call about the vegetable prices. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just run a food business from a flat in a residential complex. It keeps us grounded and close to the people who actually eat what we make. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the grind by now. Every day is a little bit different, which keeps it interesting.
