We set up our office at J.J. Chambers right across from the Pune Urban Bank in Chikhali. Security is one of those things people don't think about until they really need it for their peace of mind. We spend a lot of time talking to building managers and shop owners who are worried about their property at night. Our day usually starts pretty early, checking in with the guys who finished the graveyard shift and making sure everything stayed quiet. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everyone has their uniforms and knows where they need to be. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm with drones and fancy gadgets or high-tech screens. It’s mostly about having reliable people who show up on time and stay alert when everyone else is sleeping. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times there is a lot of coordination needed for local events or festivals. Being in Chikhali means we see a lot of the same faces every day, and we like that local connection. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks piled up in the corner. We don't spend much on decorating because we’re usually out on the sites checking on things anyway. It can be stressful when a guard doesn't show up and we have to scramble to find a replacement, but that’s just how this business goes. We just focus on getting the job done right and keeping things steady for the people who hire us.
