Over at Sadashiv Peth 1616, we run Chhota Foune. It’s a small shop, like the name suggests, and we mostly deal with mobile phones and all the little accessories that go with them every day. The walls are lined with all kinds of cases, chargers, and tempered glass screen guards. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional and busy area, but everyone needs their phones fixed or upgraded these days. We spend a lot of time looking through small magnifying lenses or using tiny screwdrivers to fix a cracked screen or a battery that won't charge anymore. It’s finicky work and can be a bit frustrating when the tiny parts don't fit exactly right. People come in with all sorts of problems, some simple and some that take us a few days to figure out. We don't have a big team of experts, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard and a circuit. The shop is often a bit cluttered with boxes from new shipments and old phones left for scrap parts. We try to keep it organized, but it’s hard when space is so tight at 1616. We enjoy the chat with customers who stop by for a quick fix or just to ask a question. Some people are in a big hurry, and others want to talk about the latest models they saw online. We just tell them what we know. Chhota Foune is a reliable spot in the Peth for phones.
