Chetan Pagariya

My name is Chetan Pagariya and I live and work over at Madhuban Society in Vishrantwari. It's a decent, quiet area in Pune, not too far from the airport if you happen to know the shortcuts through the back lanes. My office is basically my home at D-205. I really like the quiet atmosphere of a residential society because it lets me focus on the tasks at hand without the constant honking of the main roads. Pune has changed a lot since I first started, getting much busier and more crowded every year. But this little corner of Vishrantwari stays mostly the same as it has always been. I don't have a big corporate team or an HR department to handle things. When someone calls, they talk to me directly. I’ve always preferred it that way because it keeps things clear and simple for everyone involved. The neighbors here are good people, and we all generally look out for each other. My day usually starts early with a hot cup of chai before I sit down at the computer to see what's new. I don't use any fancy management software; I just keep a reliable notebook and a physical calendar. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some people, but it works perfectly well for me. The building is simple, the work is honest, and I try to do my absolute best every single day. I’m not trying to build some huge empire, just trying to do a good job for the people who need it.
