You can find us in Pimple Nilakh, right near the PMT bus stand in the Nagdevi area. Being so close to the bus stand means we see a lot of travelers. People are always in a hurry to catch their ride. We try to get things done quickly for them. The building is simple, nothing to look at really. Inside, we have some benches and tables. It’s a bit of an older setup. The floor is concrete. We have the menu written out on a board. The noise of the buses pulling in and out is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We start early, usually before the first bus arrives. The kitchen gets smoky sometimes, so we keep the door open. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that hum quite a bit. It’s a practical place for people who need a break or something to eat while they wait. We see the bus drivers quite often too. They usually just want a quick tea. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the schedule of the buses. We don't have fancy napkins or anything like that. Just the basics. It’s a small operation in a busy part of the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the food ready on time. People come and go all day.
