Cheezy Bites

Our little shop, Cheezy Bites, is located at 46/6/2 in Shramik Nagar, Kothrud. We called it that because we end up putting cheese on almost everything we serve. The oven is the most important part of the place and it stays hot from the moment we open until we shut the lights off at night. Since we are in a residential part of Kothrud, we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It is a pretty small space, so it can feel a bit crowded when more than a few people are inside at once. Because of that, we do a lot of takeaway orders and the delivery bikes are usually parked right outside the front door. We try to keep our prices at a fair level because we know the people living around here work hard. We don't have any kind of marketing team or anyone to handle our social media. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. Sometimes we run out of things if the day has been busier than we expected. That is just how it goes with a small shop like ours. The walls probably need some painting, but we are usually too busy in the kitchen to find the time for it. It is just an honest business run by people who live right in the neighborhood. We stay open late for those who want a snack after work. It’s a good little spot for the locals.
