You can find us at S.No.78, in the Samarth Apartment at Vaiduwasti. This is in the Pimple Gurav area of Pune. It’s a local neighborhood with a lot of families living around. Our office is a small space where we run Charitam Intech Services. It’s an OPC, so it's a small-scale operation. We have a few desks and some chairs that don't quite match. We aren't really into the whole corporate look. Most of the time, we are just sitting here working on our laptops. Pimple Gurav is a nice place to be, it has its own pace compared to the center of Pune. We have some plants on the window sill that we try to keep alive. Our days are pretty standard. We show up, have some tea, and start working on whatever service requests we have. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If something needs to be built, we build it. It’s a very practical environment. The apartment building is fairly old but it’s sturdy and suits us just fine. We don't have any big advertisements outside. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple, everyday business run by real people who just happen to know a lot about tech and systems.
