Char-M Technologies (India) Private Limited

We are located at H-104 in the Balador Athena building, specifically Phase 1. This is in Talegaon Dabhade, which falls under the Mawal tehsil. Char-M Technologies (India) Private Limited is based right here, away from the main rush of Pune or Mumbai. The air is a bit cleaner out this way, and the hills look nice after it rains. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running everywhere. Working in tech from a place like Talegaon means we have a different pace than the big city firms. We take our time to get things right and don't worry too much about the flashy stuff. The building, Balador Athena, is easy to find if you are familiar with the village area. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with those massive commutes. We handle a variety of technology projects, mostly sitting in front of our monitors for eight or nine hours a day. It can be quiet during the afternoon, which helps with concentration. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you'll just see us working. We are just a group of people trying to make a go of it in the tech world while staying grounded in Mawal. It’s a regular office for regular people doing technical things. It is a good place to work.
