Char Bar Lounge & Restaurant Llp

Our place is out in Wakad, in the Echoing Greens building. We are up on the fourth floor, office 401. It’s right off the Mumbai Bangalore Highway, so you can see the cars zooming by all day and night. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the city center. We spend a lot of time getting the lounge ready before the evening crowd shows up. The building is fairly new, but we’ve already made the space our own. It’s a lot of work managing a restaurant and lounge. We have to deal with the bar stock, the kitchen prep, and making sure the music isn't too loud or too quiet for the people sitting there. Some nights are quiet and we just sit around talking, but weekends are a total scramble. The elevator in the building can be slow sometimes, which is annoying when we are trying to get things moved up. We have a small balcony area where the staff takes breaks. You can see the lights of the highway from there. It’s a decent spot. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the billing. We try to keep things running smooth but sometimes a light goes out or a machine breaks and we just have to deal with it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
