Chaitanya Super Speciality Hospital

This hospital is located in Bhoir Colony, Chinchwad, very close to the Ramkrishna More Sabhagruha. Because we are near such a well-known hall, it’s easy for people to find us, but it also means the area gets extremely crowded whenever there is a big event or a wedding next door. The hospital itself is a super speciality facility, so we have different departments all under one roof. Even though it sounds big, the way we run it is still very much like a local business. We have nurses and assistants who have been with us for years. The lobby is usually full of people from the surrounding industrial areas of Chinchwad. It’s a big building with several floors, and the elevators are always busy. We spend our time managing the schedules of various specialists and making sure the patients are in the right place. It’s a high-energy environment. The smell of the hospital is that typical mix of medicine and strong cleaning supplies. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just focus on the medical work. There are files piled up in the offices and the sound of pagers and phones is constant. It’s an intense place to work, but we are all used to the pace by now. It’s just a part of the Chinchwad landscape, serving the local families and workers who come in through our doors every single day.
