Our office is on Ganeshkhind Pune University Road, over in the K K Nagar area at building 263. Cera Technologies isn't one of those massive IT companies with a glass skyscraper and a cafeteria. We are a smaller team working out of a regular office space. Most of us are just tech enthusiasts who wanted to build things without all the corporate red tape. We spend a lot of time huddled around monitors, drinking too much tea, and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working the way it should. The location is pretty good since we are close to the university, so the energy around here is always quite high. Sometimes we have interns from the colleges nearby who come in and help us out with various projects. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or because they need a specific technical solution that we happen to work on. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with wires everywhere and boxes of hardware stacked in the corner, but that’s how we like it. We focus on the work and try to get things done right without overpromising. It’s a practical place for people who actually like technology. We just take it day by day.
