Our office is over at P-14 in Vaijnath Raj Park, which is part of the Morya Gosavi Nagar area near Keshavnagar in Chinchwad. Being in Pune, there are software companies everywhere you look, but we operate a bit differently. We aren't in a big glass building with a cafeteria. We are in a more traditional neighborhood setting. We call ourselves the Center for Software Excellence, but really, we are just a group of people who are very dedicated to writing good code. The space is simple. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area to make some tea or coffee. It gets the job done. We spend a lot of time working on different software projects, sometimes for local clients and sometimes for people further away. Chinchwad is a busy area, but our street stays relatively quiet, which is good when you need to concentrate on a difficult line of code. We don't have any corporate slogans or polished marketing speeches. We just talk about the work. Sometimes we have students who come in to learn, and other times we are just heads-down on a deadline. It is a very practical way of working. We have been at this address for quite a while, and we’ve seen the whole Morya Gosavi Nagar area grow up around us. It feels like home. We don't need anything fancy to do our jobs well, just a reliable connection and a bit of focus.
