Centelon It Solutions Llp is located in Bavdhan, Pune. We have a space on the second floor of the R K Spectra building, which is right in Patilnagar. It’s across from Suryadatta College, so there are always students around the area. We’ve got about enough space for our desks and a small meeting area. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a cafeteria, but we like the neighborhood. Bavdhan is a bit quieter than the main city center, which helps when we need to focus on coding or fixing bugs. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or through the connections we’ve made over the years. Our address is Sno 336/3, if you’re looking for it. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to it. We handle IT stuff, which mostly means we are staring at monitors for eight hours a day. It’s a small group of us, and we don't have a HR department or a big management structure. We just talk to each other across the room. It works for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the servers running.
