You can find Cell Zone over in Shivaji Nagar at number 105. We have been in this spot for some time, dealing with all sorts of mobile phone issues and gadgets. Shivaji Nagar is always packed with people, so there is never really a dull moment outside the door. Inside, we have our counters and the tools we use for repairs. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work somehow. Most days involve opening up phones and trying to figure out why they won’t turn on or why the battery is dying so fast. We also have some accessories like headphones and screen guards scattered around the shop. It’s a practical place, not one of those fancy stores with bright lights and glass floors. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive from the warehouse, and we have to tell the customers to wait, which is just part of the daily job. I’ve lived in this city all my life, so I know how important a phone is to everyone now. We just try to get things fixed and back to the owners as soon as we can.
