You can find Cell World at Shivaji Nagar 1. Being in Shivaji Nagar means there’s never a quiet moment. We’re right where the action is, with the bus stands and the railway station not too far off. The shop itself isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of stuff into the glass cabinets. We spend our mornings cleaning the fingerprints off the glass and making sure the displays look decent. Most people who come in are in a hurry because they’re catching a train or heading to work. We do a lot of screen guards and phone covers. It’s funny how everyone wants a different color. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the tiny screws when we have to open a phone up. I’ve been working here for a while and I’ve seen phones go from being tiny blocks to these huge glass things everyone carries now. We get a lot of students coming in too, since there are so many colleges around this part of town. They’re usually looking for cheap headphones or cables because they lose theirs all the time. Lunch is usually a quick tiffin from home eaten at the back of the shop. By the time evening rolls around, the street lights come on and the crowd gets even bigger. We stay open until the last few commuters head home and the station noise finally starts to quiet down.
