Cell Points

Waghori has changed a lot lately, but Cell Points has stayed pretty much the same. We are located right where people can find us easily. The shop is filled with various mobile covers hanging on the walls and a couple of glass cases for the phones. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about which battery lasts longer or which camera is actually good. It's not a corporate environment here. We talk like normal people because we are. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over some chai and we chat while waiting for a phone to reboot. We handle a lot of software updates and basic troubleshooting for people who aren't great with technology. It's funny how much people rely on their phones now. When a screen breaks, it feels like an emergency to them, so we try to get it done quickly. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. They tell their neighbors that the guys at Cell Points are okay and won't overcharge. We keep our prices fair because we live here too. The floor might need a scrub and the shelves are a bit crowded, but the work gets done. That is what matters most to us at the end of the day. We just want to keep the shop open and the locals happy with their gadgets.
