Celkon Mobile Service Center

Our place is the Celkon Mobile Service Center over at Akurdi 10. We specialize in fixing phones from that specific brand, which means we see a lot of the same types of problems every day. Whether it’s a screen that’s gone completely black or a software glitch that keeps the phone restarting, we’ve probably seen it before. The location at Akurdi 10 is easy enough to get to, and we have a small area where people can sit and wait while we check out their devices. It’s not a fancy office; it’s more of a workshop where there are screwdrivers and spare parts laid out on the benches. We spend most of our hours under bright desk lamps looking at circuit boards and tiny components. Sometimes people come in quite frustrated because their phone is their whole life, and we have to explain that parts might take a little time to get in. We don't use any corporate scripts or anything when we talk to folks. We just tell them what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost to fix it. Akurdi is a busy area with a lot of working people, so we try to be quick with the repairs when we can. It’s a lot of focus and steady hands. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of phones that need fixing. It’s a basic service, but people need it, and we’re here to do the work.
