Casit Enablers Private Limited works out of a flat in Whistling Palms. We are located at A4/202, right near Mankar Chowk in Pune. This part of the city, around the 411057 area, has grown a lot lately. We decided to keep our office in a residential-style building because it feels more comfortable and less stiff than a regular commercial block. It is a simple place. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our workstations. There is no big sign outside, just our office inside the apartment complex. We are a small team and we like it that way. It allows us to talk to each other easily without having to go through a bunch of managers. We don't have any fancy corporate rules that don't make sense. We just come in, see what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, but it just adds to the local feel of the place. We keep things honest and practical. Our focus is just on keeping the business running and making sure we don't fall behind on our work. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we need. Being near Mankar Chowk is handy for catching the bus or getting a quick bite during the afternoon.
