Caseflow Technologies Private Limited is based out of the Blue Ridge Township in Hinjewadi. If you know Pune, you know how busy this area gets with all the tech companies around. We are specifically located in Phase 1, at Flat No. Stilt 04. It’s an interesting spot because being on the stilt level makes it easy to get in and out without waiting for lifts. The township is massive, so we have everything we need close by, which is lucky because the traffic outside on the main road can be a real headache. We aren't a giant company with a whole building to ourselves. It’s a small, dedicated group of people working together in this space. We have a few desks, some whiteboards with scribbles on them, and a lot of coffee mugs. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We focus on the work instead. Being in Mulshi-Pune gives us a bit of a different vibe compared to the main city center. It’s a bit more modern but still has that local feel. We started Caseflow because we wanted to do things our own way. It is a bit messy sometimes, and we are always learning as we go, but that is just how it is. We aren't perfect, but we show up every day and do our best to keep things moving for the business.
