Captura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 201 on Handewadi Road in Hadapar. It’s a small office on the second floor. Most of the day is just the sound of people typing on keyboards and the hum of the air conditioner trying to keep the servers cool. Handewadi Road is always loud with traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses going by all the time through the windows. We are a small team, and we usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s not one of those fancy tech startups with beanbags or pool tables. We just have regular desks and some chairs that squeak a bit when you move. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a bit of code isn't doing what it is supposed to. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all get a bit frustrated, but that is just part of being in this business. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks on the door, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. We keep some spare cables and old monitors in the corner because you never know when you might need them. It is a plain, functional office where we do our work and go home.
