Capternal Systems Private Limited

Our office for Capternal Systems Private Limited is located in the Jai Ganesh Samrajya building in Bhosari. It’s a busy part of Pune, and finding us can be a bit tricky with the survey numbers, but we’re right opposite the "P" landmark people use around here. We work out of a flat that we converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. The 411039 area is mostly industrial and residential mixed together, so there’s always noise from the street and people moving about. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a handful of people who know our way around systems and tech. Most of our desks are cluttered with notebooks and spare parts. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. If you walked in, you’d probably see someone debating over a piece of code while eating a snack. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the work seriously enough to stay late when a project needs finishing. Living and working in Pune means we’re used to the pace of the city. Our spot in Jai Ganesh Samrajya might not be a fancy tech park, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve been in this space for a bit, and it’s become a second home for most of the team.
